Our ladies’ tea was once again a spectacular event held at Fancourt’s Bangueting Hall on Saturday, 27 July. It was a morning filled with hope and purpose. The highlight of the day and also for our kids, is the song items, This Little Light of Mine and We Are the World that were beautifully performed by our Cluster Foster Care kids.
Ladies came from near and far to attend this special event and we are pleased to say that tickets were sold out as soon as they became available. We would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who opened their hearts and wallets to help make this day a success!
A special thanks to our guest speaker, Claire Mawisa who is a Carte Blanche Presenter & TV personality for sharing a powerful message of encouragement and for inspiring our guests to be on fire for their lives. Claire also encouraged the ladies to consider volunteering, as it may lead them to finding their purpose and their fire for life.
We are grateful for the unwavering dedication of our staff and volunteers, especially Karen Warneke for coordinating our ladies’ teas for the past 14 years.
